EVENT RECAP: USFS And BHA Volunteers Brush Trail in Montana's Flathead Valley

June 28, 2025 - 8 BHA members based out of the Whitefish/Kalispell area of the Flathead Valley, MT, volunteered their Saturday to hike, sweat and build up "conservation Karma" for the coming hunting season. EVENT RECAP: Montana BHA Celebrates Public Lands Day

To celebrate this year’s Public Lands Day, Montana BHA Chapter volunteers organized a river cleanup on the Missouri River between Holter Dam and the town of Cascade. BHA volunteers gathered this July to remove unnecessary fencing on a 200-acre parcel of prime big game habitat recently acquired by the United States Forest Service in the Pioneer Mountains near Wise River, Montana. EVENT RECAP: Montana BHA Improves Trail in Lee Metcalf Wilderness
