POLICY ACTION  Updates from Alaska's 34th Legislature   On February 26th, 2025 Governor Dunleavy introduced legislation Allowing Alaskans to Build Recreational Cabin Sites, Senate Bill 105. SB 105 presents as an opportunity to obtain land, build your own recreation cabins, and have your own parcel.
