Derby Canyon Clean-Up Recap

On Saturday June 3rd, a group of Washington Backcountry Hunters and Anglers and Wenatchee Sportsman Association members did a road and shooting area clean up in Derby Canyon in Central Washington outside of Leavenworth. Clean up included picking up random trash on the road, cleaning up several campsites, and cleaning up a very popular shooting are. Sultan Basin Clean-up Recap

On Sunday June 4th, a group of over 30 public land enthusiasts from Washington Backcountry Hunters and Anglers and Trash No Land showed up to clean a shooting area in Sultan Basin in Snohomish County, WA. The volunteers worked for several hours helping local DNR to pick up trash including shells, targets, and metal. 50 landowners awarded free elk tags under hunting access program
