Slow Cooker Venison Nihari with Mango Chutney

Slow cookers rule. You get to just dump a pile of meat and spices in a vat and walk away, to be hailed as some kind of culinary genius 8 hours later. Welcome to Nebraska Backcountry Hunters & Anglers April update!   Latest: Nebraska BHA met with Nebraska Game and Parks biologist Adam Kester in North Platte to discuss public hunting programs and some of the partnerships to increase hunter opportunity. We discussed ways that NEBHA could support public hunting sites with our volunteer projects.
