Stearns Ruffed Grouse Habitat Management Project Proposal

The Stearns Ranger District of the Daniel Boone National Forest is requesting public comment on the Stearn Ruffed Grouse Management Plan proposal. 

The project will be on US Forest Service property in portions of McCreary and Pulaski counties.  The project will greatly benefit a variety of species (Ruffed Grouse, Wild Turkey, Whitetailed Deer, Elk, Bear, early successional bird species, etc.).  I have attached detailed project information to this email.

The project is currently open to the public for comments.  The comment period closes for this project at 5am on October 18th.
