CT RECAP: Forest Clean-up and Invasives Foraging Class Naugatuck State Forest April 2024

The Connecticut team of the New England Chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers joined Joe Ross, arborist and founder of eattheplanet.org, and Amy Demers, founder of CT Foraging Club, for a class on foraging invasives. Attendees identified and learned how to utilize edible and medicinal invasive plants in the forest.

After the class, participants helped out in the removal of invasive plants and garbage at Naugatuck State Forest
