New England BHA Chapter / Wednesday, August 7, 2024 / Categories: Media New England Board Members Teach Small Game Hunting Workshop Last Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, New England BHA Chapter board members, Aaron Townsley and Pat Saunders taught two sessions at the Masswildlife new hunter workshop held at the Masswildlife headquarters in Westborough, MA. They shared tips, biology, equipment, and met a lot of great people. One goal of the day was to connect new hunters to other new hunters in their perspective areas, to build community as well as knowledge. The chapter gained several new members and generated a great deal of interest in BHA. Many attendees are looking forward to our winter virtual small game class and our follow up small game hunt on a local wildlife management area. Stay tuned as the announcement of the small game class will be posted soon. New England BHA values our partnership with Masswildlife and looks forward to being part of many events like this in the future.
