Montana BHA Opposes Legislation that Would Streamline the Sale of State Lands

 

HB 676 has already passed the house and has a hearing this Friday in the Senate Judiciary Committee. Right now, only constituents of committee members may take action, but if it advances out of committee and onto the senate floor, the alert will be open to all Montanans.
